Maintance Explanation:

1. Before installation , no-load tests by running should be carried out , which works well and doesn't leak before use .

2. To ensure the proper operation of the cylinder , please use the SUPERMECH brand Lubricator as the manual described , easpecially in the air inlet of pneumatic cylinder .

3. Please note the direction of movement before installation .It's not allowed to appear any mark of piston rod under eccentric load or lateral load . 

4. Use the pneumatic cylinder which has a stronge force attached buffer devices when there is change under load .

5. It's allowed not to use full stroke , especially when the piston rod pulls out and not to make piston come into collision with cover of pneumatic cylinders , otherwise it will cause wearing of pneumatic cylinders .

6.Regular inspection can be done to check abnormal phenomena . For example , the connections are loosened . If it is necessary , tighen or replace the parts to ensure good performance .

7. Pneumatic cylinder kits or accessories must be cleaned to prevent anything falling into cylinder when they were inspected or reassembled ,

8. In order to prevent rust and corrosion, apply oil on the exposed surfaces such as piston rod and use covers to tie all the inlet and outlet when pneumatic cylinder is out of practice for a long time .

9. Please use SUPERMECH brand Magnetism Sensor Switch if necessary .
